Soccer
I've played soccer since I was four years old. It's been my obsession, passion and something I strongly identified with since then. My teen years were spent in 2-3 hour car rides to practice, everyday, the minute I got out of school. Eventually, it got me to be a part of the USC Gamecock Men's Soccer Team, where I played as a center midfielder. And for the past two years, I've been fortunate to be able to play professionally for the Charleston Battery (where I did my design work in the office after training). All these years spent playing soccer, day-in-day-out, has given me the foundations of who I am, and will surely be looked back on as one of the highlights of my life in years to come. The people I've met, playing with and against, have impacted my life by presenting challenges and lessons I've had to overcome and grow from. In a design aspect, I believe my work ethic and passion for soccer translates directly into my work.
